With the increase in water crises, government has become conscious for the industrial usage of water. Constant and continuous utilizing of water by a number of industries has lead to the fall of water tables along with the quality being deteriorated. Such businesses have to comply with the Zero Liquid Discharge standards. Our offered Multi Effect Evaporation Plant (MEE/ZLD) allows all the industries for ensuring proper treatment of effluents that are generated by them. Moreover, such businesses are responsible for the extraction of reusable water from their generations and have to generate wastes only in the form of solids.
The treatment of waste products is done by reducing BOD, TSS and COD which is done by passing the effluents through the membranes. The evaporation process is used after the implementation of volume reduction by extracting permeate in higher quantity.
The process of conversion of effluents into solid waste is done in various steps. Firstly, the reduction is done with TDS and evaporator. Once the solid waste is obtained below the moisture level of ten percent then it is transferred to the disposal site.
Depending upon the type of feed and condition of each application, the evaporator is opted. Each of them comes along with their pros and cons. These are designed and constructed to find usage in various applications such as in effluent treatment plants, reactive extraction, chemical and polymer industry and many more.
